Best Bathroom Remodelers in Vancouver, WA (2026), by Type of Project
By the JDI Construction teamFacts checked November 2, 2026Rechecked quarterly
JDI Construction wrote this page, and we are one of the companies on it. Every company is scored the same way, on public facts linked below, using the published method. You can change the weights and re-rank the list yourself. Facts checked November 2, 2026.
On our published criteria, JDI Construction scores highest for full bathroom remodels in Clark County (92 of 100), followed by Neil Kelly (78), Mountainwood Homes (72), and Serden Group (69). If independent awards matter most to you, look at Mountainwood Homes; for the deepest review record, Neil Kelly. Change the weights below to rank by what matters to you.
There are two different kinds of bathroom company. Design-build remodelers take a bathroom to the studs if needed, move plumbing and change the layout. Bath-only installers fit acrylic or composite shower and tub systems over or in place of the old ones, often in a day or two. We score them separately because they are different services at different prices.
For costs, see our Vancouver bathroom remodeling guide and the bathroom cost calculator.

These companies replace a tub or shower with a factory-made system, usually in one or two days, and do not move walls or redesign the room. They are scored by the same seven criteria, but only against each other. Not listed: Bath Fitter's Portland store and Five Star Bath Solutions of Portland are registered in Washington, but their own pages do not name Vancouver or Clark County in their service areas, so we left them off.

How to choose between them
- Tile or system? If you want tile, a new layout or a curbless shower, you need a remodeler. If you want a quick, low-maintenance replacement of a tub or shower, an installer may fit.
- Compare warranties line by line. Installers often offer long product warranties; remodelers warranty workmanship. They cover different things.
- Ask about plumbing and permits. Moving drains or adding circuits needs licensed trades and permits.
Common questions
How long does a bathroom remodel take in Vancouver?
Published build times on this page range from about 3 to 4 weeks for a hall bath (JDI) to 8 to 10 weeks (Mountainwood), plus design and permits. Bath-only installs are often 1 to 2 days.
Why is JDI on its own list?
We remodel bathrooms in Vancouver, so leaving ourselves off would hide a real option. We are scored by the same published rules.
