JDI Construction is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from contract signing through final walkthrough. If you take pride in running a clean jobsite, keeping clients informed, and delivering craftsmanship you'd put your name on, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Own the day-to-day execution of kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodeling projects across the Portland and Vancouver metro.
- Build and manage project schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and keep work on budget and on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing clear and proactive communication throughout the build.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
- Review plans, order materials, and resolve issues in the field before they become delays.
- Partner with our design and sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff and a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of project management experience in residential remodeling or construction.
- Working knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and the permitting process.
- Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management skills.
- Excellent communication and a genuine commitment to customer service.
- Comfortable with project management software and standard digital tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel to job sites.
