Rick Payne

Rick brings a unique perspective to the remodeling experience.

Before joining JDI Construction, he owned and operated his own residential remodeling business, gaining firsthand experience in construction, project planning, and working directly with homeowners.

That background has given Rick a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to turn a remodeling idea into a successful finished project.

He understands both the excitement and the important decisions that come with renovating a home.

At JDI Construction, Rick enjoys meeting homeowners, hearing their ideas, and helping them explore ways to make their homes more beautiful, comfortable, and functional.

His practical construction knowledge and approachable personality help make the early planning process feel more natural and less overwhelming.

Rick believes that great remodeling starts with honest conversations, realistic expectations, and a genuine understanding of what each homeowner wants to accomplish.

What Rick brings to the table: Years of practical remodeling experience and a down-to-earth approach that helps homeowners feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas.
