We worked with JDI Construction for several months while waiting for our loan. They offered several suggestions while we planned the project, some we took and some we chose against. As the project went on we decided, after the fact, to include most of the original suggestions. JDI was quick to adjust to our changes although it would have been easier if we had done it that way in the first place. The team they brought in for demolition, inside and outside work, roof, siding, tile, floor, plumbing, electric were amazing. Everyone was polite and professional. The project was done ahead of schedule although we added things toward the end stretching it out a bit, but that was on us. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work done and the price we paid, well worth the value. I will deal with them on any future remodeling or home repair work.

Fantastic company to work with! The tech stayed a little later than expected to be able to finish the job. Cleaned everything up and hauled the debris away. He gave good detail about set and dry times for our floor. I would definitely recommend them for hire!

Great people to work with. Their ideas helped make our kitchen and bathroom remodel outstanding. They communicate well, keep the jobsite clean, and do exceptional work. They work well with their subcontractors so things are done in a timely fashion. The prices were fair and were well explained so no surprises. Use their experience and accept their suggestions: we love our undermount sink in the quartz countertops and switching the shower for the laundry area proved to be brilliant! We do recommend them very highly. Enjoyed their company as well. The gentleman we worked with, Arthur K. is a gem, but they all were a pleasure to meet.

Art and the entire crew were once again the best. Tile setters, plumbers, drywall, demo, general contractor, all did a stellar job. When they said they'd be there, they were. All the men were true craftsman. We highly recommend JDI for all your remodel jobs, you won't go wrong.
